Bugcrowd 平台上线两项通知增强：一是按严重级别触发通知，提交后（分诊前）即可提醒，便于团队第一时间处理 P1 级漏洞；二是支持为多个提交流转状态（如 Triaged、Unresolved）配置通知。两项功能均已正式可用。
